Tusk: “Anyone who, for reasons of betrayal, stupidity or money, wants to weaken Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression is acting directly against their own nation, the security of their own country and its sovereignty.”
Tusk: “Anyone who tries to draw a false equivalence, anyone who suggests that Ukraine is responsible for the war, is giving an extraordinarily valuable gift to the aggressor, Putin.”
Tusk: “Ukraine will not be broken and will not be intimidated. Poland will not be broken and will not be intimidated. “Europe, NATO and the entire free world will not be broken. They will not be intimidated. “This message must come today from every capital, from Warsaw to Washington.”
What happened?
Polish PM Donald Tusk to the Warsaw Security Forum: “Nobody wants escalation and war. We are all dreaming of peace. “The road to peace is not through weakness. It is through stopping the aggressor by all means available.”
Zelenskyy: “We all forget about grain. Believe me, in two to three months, everybody will be talking about a crisis in agriculture. “There will be food shortages for countries on the African continent, for some countries in Asia and the Middle East.”
Zelenskyy: “Why doesn't America conclude a diesel deal with Ukraine? “We're influencing whether these ships are moving. We define whether the refineries are working.”
Zelenskyy: “We learned about Trump's energy ceasefire from the media.”
Zelenskyy: “Ukraine and Poland are natural allies, and when we stand together, Russia has no chance.”
Zelenskyy: “When our strikes reached Yandex data centres, there was less hate, less division, and fewer provocations on social media. “Because there were fewer bots, it's pretty clear where those bots were coming from.”
Zelenskyy at the Warsaw Security Forum: “This winter, if Russia does not agree to an energy ceasefire, we will respond.”
The closer the ties the harder it would be for fools to drag us out again. Many in the EU have said Euro adoption wouldn’t be necessary to rejoin, but once we’re in everything is on the table.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson: “If the Strait of Hormuz is open, why did America reach out to Russia to solve the diesel problem?”
Thanks to a great Nigel Kneale script.

He’s folded Twitter into his broader company to hide its failure.
Terrible.
Burnham started his much-needed assault on Brexit yesterday by confirming Russian interference in the vote. Now this: “In a statement to MPs, Andy Burnham will argue it is time to "face up to the reality that Brexit has done more harm than good" and "the status quo is not good enough for Britain."”
Morning Bluesky.
The President of Eurasia Group:
