Much worse fings to get a scar from den toona
He says hi!
He’s so nervous but I hope that’s the start to him being indoors all the time. 🥰
I’m so excited! 🤩😻
Anytime 💜 it’s hard but you got this.
😻😽😻😽😻
Don’t tell my hubby, but… Look who briefly came inside. 🥹😭 The kitten’s feral brother, Geoff.
Oh nice! Then you leave that on all day?
That’s a huge win. I hope you find time to relax today. Things like that are hard. 💜🫂💜
Thats a hard habit to break, but you got this. What strategies are you using to help you remember? Like alarms and designated phone time? Or is it more like a conscious mindfulness effort to reach for it less?
That’s a horrible feeling. 😭🫂💜 I hope it abated.
I hope everyone finds your book. It’s a terrific read!
This type of healing will take time, but all good things do.
And the pup has been getting two walks now that the concrete isn’t too hot to take him in the afternoons. I spend a lot of time petting cats, and the house isn’t perfectly tidy, but that’s okay. My body still feels on edge, but the precipice is no longer so high.
even gets started. Stop setting and chasing goals. Start taking a break every two hours. I’m still working on that last one. Productivity is ingrained in my DNA. But I let a monster of a Duolingo streak go. I started reading every day—for fun, not to critique or edit—even when it is inconvenient.
I stopped doing all the things and my world didn’t implode. “Simplify” is the strategy that my stress therapist and I arrived at. Stop brain training every day. Stop overfilling my morning ritual with things that are great on their own but all together create a mountain of to-dos before the day
I’m so sorry that happened. 💜 I hope he feels better soon.
I’m querying it.
Yes! Well said there. It’s the best feeling, isn’t it?
It’s wonderful of you to take your doggo on walks every day. My pup relies on his too and I know some days it can be hard.
