Troy Jackson to Susan Collins: "In light of the article last week from ProPublica, I'm shocked that you're up here talking about fraud, because there's only one person up here that's been accused of that by the FBI."

Come for Paxton partying with a fugitive-campaign-donor. Stay for a younger Paxton not knowing what redirecting is.

The only thing this headline lacks is the phrase, “in a chainsaw-involved incident.”

Preservationists said they were told the East Potomac Golf Links operation went "faster than anticipated" and "hundreds of additional trees" are now slated for removal.

An important bit of immigration law which is relevant here; there is already a waiver process — Section 212(k) of the INA — by which immigrants who obtain status through fraud that they didn't know about can avoid consequences like losing a green card. So this is *even weaker* than it already seems.

Via Fox News, natch: A criminal raid, right before the election, based on some paperwork Omar’s dad filled out decades ago www.foxnews.com/politics/ilh...

The raid stems from a criminal fraud investigation into the Somali-born congresswoman's immigration paperwork, which was filled out by her late father when she was a child.
Two sources close to the investigation confirmed the details of the probe Thursday, after border czar Tom Homan said in mid-September that the progressive congresswoman was subject to an ongoing "criminal" investigation.

So an investigation premised on paperwork done by Omar's father -- who died in 2020.

The feds have raided Ilhan Omar’s home based on a “probe of the Somali-born lawmaker's immigration paperwork, Fox News Digital reported.”

So a criminal raid of a sitting congresswoman , based on …..immigration paperwork.

Musk has funneled more than $276M to Republican groups over just the past few months.

The money he's given to just one group is one of the biggest in history and more than all donors have given combined to the Dem's group.

All this is .027% of Musk's wealth.

In late August, Danbury United for Immigrants told me ICE had arrested a father immediately after he put his kid on the school bus. ICE said flatly it never happened. I got videos. ICE repeated the exact same denial. The man filed a sworn affidavit in court. ICE sent me the denial again.

EEric Umansky@ericumansky.bsky.socialOct 11, 2026, 10:35 PM

This is exactly what ICE said: "Parra-Hernandez ran in front of an ICE vehicle and was struck." Now watch the video. They're no other word for it: They're lying.

Watch an ICE agent run down and then run over a man. The man was was then writhing on the ground, saying "You broke my leg! You broke my leg!" Agents didn't help him. And btw, the man wasn't the target of their operation.

DHS claims that agents in NYC only shot Oscar Belgal because he "weaponized his vehicle."

We don't know the truth...yet

But we do know that DHS keeps making that claim, and it keeps falling apart

The Guardian tracked 26 cases

Just one got ended in conviction

www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-i...

most of those claims have fallen apart under scrutiny, with the accusations consistently disproven by evidence or rejected in court. Only one of the 26 cases has resulted in an assault conviction, according to court records and information shared by prosecutors.

Once again: The ICE Air Operations Handbook allows children as young as 13 to be shackled on ICE flights. All adults are shackled except pregnant and postpartum women (up to two weeks) and, on removal flights only, single parents with young children. That’s according to their own policy.

His mom says he's "traumatized" and hasn't spoken since the shooting.

What neighbors sat about Oscar Belgal, who agents shot.

“Nice kid.” “Very nice-mannered.”

"He was fine."

“Not a menace — annoying. He did not deserve that.””
