Essentially an old ale. All malt, 6.5%. Very much like the Old Badequella we just made with SMOD (without the sugar addition)!

Very much enjoyed my first cask conditioned real ale in Seoul, South Korea. Joe, the brewery owner at Ashtree brewery, used to work at Redemption and Partizan and we spent time in Belgium together about a decade ago. Was in tip top condition, obvs!

No, it's a flatpole type i believe, from Cornwall way. They used to feed both people and horses. It's beautifully crisp and frsh tasting.

Something special is brewing in The Union 👀 We’ve been joined by St Mars of the Desert to brew an exciting new collaboration beer, a rich, full-bodied Old Ale. It’s fermenting nicely before heading into cask and cans. 🍻

Had to press a cheeky gallon of allotment apples so I have something to top my batches when I rack them for maturation. But that makes 60 litres in total!
