Short phone videos from two places on the coast north-west of Alghero, Sardinia. First, the 16th-century Torre del Porticciolo: a round stone watchtower on a rocky headland above a small blue cove, seen from a red-earth path through green scrub, then from the other side with open sea behind. Then low dunes with Mediterranean scrub. Then Porto Ferro: a dirt track through pines to a busy car park, with the bay and green hills behind; and finally the wide beach with white surf rolling in.
