Animated gif made with a digital flat color illustration of Mey-Rin from Black Butler, drawn in chibi style. She is wearing a white sailor uniform with details in blue, blue sandals with blue ribbons that wrap around her legs, a blue bow on her neck and a white hat with a blue ribbon. She is holding a huge pink and purple beach ball and smiling brightly. The background is a collage of stock photos of seashells of different colors that shake around and rope over a light green, light blue and light brown background.
