So, I baked pkg-gate with @typesafeai!

npm lifecycle scripts can run arbitrary code on install.

pkg-gate: a ~100ms pre-install gate using Jev

4 typed primitives:

- Choice: intent
- Score: severity
- Nouls: exfil & curl-to-bash
