I forgot about it in the back of a cupboard and it's been sealed perfectly since.

My husband put my French press on the counter where I could see it and I suddenly remembered that I could make coffee instead of using the Nespresso machine.

So this coffee has been,

I want to say aged for four years because I literally forgot that I had it.

the beans looked perfectly normal, they smelt great.

it's Kona coffee from Hawaii

let's see how it tastes.

Feels a little more acidic, but then it's really smooooooooooth.

But the front note is very acidic.

Let's see what happens after I put oat milk.

Look at that milk go.

Okay, oat milk, no sugar. This is how I normally take my coffee.
