Various angles of adult (lobate) comb jellies against a black background. Light reflects off rows of cilia (ctenes) that shimmer all colors of the rainbow. The video elicits feelings of finding alien life.
First half of the video shows two comb jellies fused together by grafting. While initially after grafting, the animal has sporadic movements. Then, both comb jellies integrate together to have a coordinated response. Second half of the video shows the fused comb jelly consume a fluorescent artemia that rapidly gets digested. As it's digested, the fluorophore spreads throughout the digestive system of both animals.
View of various comb jellies suspended in the water. Their tentacles are spread wide in order to catch food in the open ocean.
If your screen was a lava lamp full of floating comb jellies.
