Scenes of Eureka, California with clips of Commissioner Jackson speaking at the Coastal Commission Meeting.
A video in which the first clip shows an excavator digging up sand on a beach. The next clip is a closer shot approaching the excavator and workers as they work. The clip is followed by a still image of an underwater sea star. The next image depicts a staircase leading down from a property to the sand. Beside the staircase are assembled beach chairs and a closed umbrella sticking out of the sand. The last image shows the sun shining over a sandy stretch of beach with a rock wall roughly 20 feet from the ocean.
