An outdoor, daytime vertical cellphone video of a teenage Belgian Malinois dog, which has short fawn and black fur, and is wearing a white collar with tags, a black harness, and a red leash, which is tied to a silver pole against a brown wooden fence, atop cracked cement. The dog is soaking wet and is happily playing with a garden hose, which is gently spraying it with water. As it does so, the dog is playfully snapping its white teeth at the water, which makes a clacking sound with every snap. Also, the dog occasionally lunges toward the camera when its gets over excited when the water gets too close to it.
