A Viera woman, Yrja, is on the ground panting on a metal walkway. Her weapon is stuck into the ground a short distance from her, just far enough to be out of arm's reach. After a few seconds, the camera cuts to show Yrja from the front. Behind her an out-of-focus figure, Itzha, begins walking towards the camera. Her footsteps are audible, and her leg armor causes them to sound like metal plates and joints clinking together. The camera cuts again to a side view of Yrja, while Itzha walks in-frame. Itzha is only visible from the waist down. As Itzha nears Yrja's gunblade, still stuck in the ground, her pace slows until she stops. The camera once more cuts to a front view of Yrja and Itzha. Itzha pulls Yrja's gunblade out of the ground to an accompanying riff from a distorted guitar, taken from FFXIV's Rencounter. The camera cuts a final time to a full-body view of both Yrja and Itzha. Itzha holds Yrja's gunblade defiantly, with the gunblade positioned to guard Yrja. The scene fades to black as a dolly zoom adds dramatic effect.
