She's crushing school and work, so her messiness lives in her social life. And she didn't owe Kojo her virginity. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

She admits the kiss, then gets mad at his reaction. What did you expect to happen? And Shaq, waking up in that girl's bed 30 minutes later? Go straight to hell. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Go back and watch the talent show episode. Candace gave Deborah really good advice, and it stands no matter what was going on with Shaq. She's not your typical snake. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Screaming at convocation about your best friend's grant started a valid conversation, but it came from impulse and privilege. She never has to think about consequences. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

It took me grad school plus two years off to tell my dad I wasn't going to med school. Lying to your parents in college is a rite of passage. Lying to yourself is the problem. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

My girls went in with zero expectations and came out rooting for this cast. A first season that puts the new kids on the map without forgetting where Hillman came from. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Rashida is a resounding yes from the whole panel. Hazel and Amir split us. Who locked you in first? #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Academic probation, a credit card bill, an undeclared major. Nothing she decides has consequences, so nothing she does matters. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Episode one she got everybody in trouble, and that set the tone. Her ADHD storyline got lost in the boy drama, and the only thing we really know about her is messy. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Deborah suddenly confiding in her mom after showing all season she doesn't care what her parents think? It rang false, even though cutting it against Whitley & Byron was brilliant. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Brit's beef with Ellington is personal, and once she explained it, I understood. Still not her. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Everyone cheered for Dwayne & Whitley because they both grew so much to get there. With these two, I can't see what they add to each other's lives. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Denise coming back, Amir's warrant, Hazel's man showing up on campus, Kojo after ICE. Every open thread, we need it. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

If Deborah or Rashida had slept with each other's man, they'd be called everything under the sun. Why did Amir get a pass? #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

He was doing a lot at first. Then the unhoused backstory and the probation made me tap in. My only issue is he cheated with his best friend's man. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

He's a loser for the tape, but with Rashida he didn't do anything wrong. The way he was yearning at the end, he really likes her. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

Kofi called in with the cultural context: Kojo is the name for boys born on a Monday, and Kofi is for Friday. Love learning in real time with yall. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

A specific type of person get fascinated by chaotic people. They get to peek into a life they romanticize, and helping her gives him the pat on the back he needs. To me, it's clear cut. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

The kiss felt mutual. What she did after, twisting the story for both men, is where she went wrong. She has me out here advocating for men. #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix

The whole cast needed more depth, but Hazel felt like two different people and we only saw one. Why stay in that relationship with one foot in and one foot out? #ADifferentWorld #ADifferentWorldNetflix
