🏥 BACK PAIN SHOULD NOT BECOME A LIFE SENTENCE
BECAUSE CARE IS OUT OF REACH
Access to appropriate spinal healthcare and rehabilitation remains a challenge in many low- and middle-income settings.
Health equity means access to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for all.
Sometimes a breast change may involve the skin.
Changes can include:
• Dimpling
• Redness
• Pitting
• Thickening
• Other unusual changes
A skin change does not automatically mean cancer, but it can be a sign that needs assessment.
NOTICE THE CHANGE.

👵🏽👴🏽 AGEING SHOULD NOT MEAN LOSING YOUR MOBILITY.
As populations age, protecting mobility and independence becomes increasingly important.
Older people need:

♿ Rehabilitation
🤝 Social support
🗣️ Respect
️ WHAT MAKES PEOPLE DELAY SEEKING BREAST CANCER CARE?
Cost, transport, fear, stigma, misinformation, long waiting times, referral difficulties and unavailable services can all stand in the way.

Spinal health deserves attention across the life course.
Prevention matters. Movement matters. Rehabilitation matters. Access to care matters.

A diagnosis is only one step.
Older people also need access to appropriate medicines, information, monitoring and follow-up.
Treatment must continue beyond the consultation room.

An older person is more than a diagnosis or health condition.
They are a person with experiences, relationships, knowledge, choices, dreams and rights.
Dignity must remain at the centre of care.
