An old heating battery in an apartment in #Zheleznogorsk, #Russia. The hole in it appeared in August, but the local utility company hasn’t sent anyone to fix the battery yet. The #heatingseason is already here, but owners of this apartment will have to wait to get the heating in their dwelling.
