People don't see the silent battles you fight every single day to be able to make it to them. The prayers it took to get you out of that bed. The strength you had to find to show up and be present, irrespective of how you may look, feel and sound. The courage for you to still have hope in the face of so much trauma. The choices you make every single second, minute and hour. Don't take it for granted that that person is standing in front of you. They almost didn't make it there.
