A portion of the exterior window facade that is two stories high and the length of the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa in Wellington, New Zealand. The wall of windows, some transparent, some colored with opaque enamel paint on glass panels was designed by Milan Mrkusich. The opaque colors include light blue, medium blue, dark blue, orange and red. The graphic artwork brightens the dark beige brick wall. At the top of the brick wall are two of the triangular holes in the underside of a black roof. The building was designed by Ivan Mercep.

The great glass walls of Reykjavik's renowned concert hall, Harpa are like stacked ice cubes. The interior is very bright, even for the limited daylight hours when this was taken in February. The building offers many places to view the surroundings of hangout in places like these platforms along the stairs.
