La Crosse, Portage, and Eau Claire counties are around 40% of the total population of the district, and all 3 are strong blue.

Hey, Small-D VO - gas is averaging $4.22 nationwide TODAY. Health insurance is much more expensive TODAY. Groceries are more expensive TODAY than
in 2022.

And in 2022, average hourly earnings were 6% and it's 3% TODAY.
