Here's some more underwater Halloween fanart of mine. These feature Casper the Friendly Ghost and his female co-stars: Wendy the Good Witch, and Officer Mini and Officer Maxi from Casper and the Angels.

Halloween 2021 Art 1: Casper and Wendy Underwater Here's my first Halloween artwork for 2021. It's of Casper the Friendly Ghost and Wendy the Good Little Witch, underwater. While I do like Casper and have seen the live-action movies (haven't seen the animated ones yet) and watched some of the cartoons, I don't think I've seen any cartoons with Wendy in them. And the only one I've seen with her is the live-action movie, Casper Meets Wendy. But instead of making an underwater artwork that's inspired from the live-action movies, I've gone with the cartoons because they look cuter that way (and Wendy's swimsuit is the same color as her witch outfit). Casper and Wendy decide to spend some time together at the beach and have fun. But Wendy wanted to go for a dive in the ocean and after convincing Casper into it, he agreed. So, as Wendy got on her broomstick, the two went flying out over the ocean to where they could be alone and using her broomstick as a diving board, Wendy dived into the ocean with Casper following behind. The two spend a nice time together swimming underwater as Casper also tried to befriend some fish passing by. Yet the fish take no heed of Casper's friendliness and swim right through him, making Wendy smiling and bubbly giggling at the sight. After some time had passed, the two surfaced as Wendy gasped for some air and hopped back on her broomstick. Then the two fly over the ocean again and back to the beach. Originally drawn in pencil. Colors, filters, bubbles and edits done in Photoshop. I did watch Casper and the Angels when I was a kid, although I haven't seen the entire show. I only saw like two episodes of it, and it was on a VHS years ago. I remember being scared of it, mostly because of Hairy Scary and one of the episodes was a bit intense for me that I didn't watch the VHS as often as others. However, one episode did have an underwater scene and it involves Casper saving the Angels who were at the bottom of the ocean (I don't remember how it went but it was effective). But rather than recreate that scene, I decided to come up with something different. Casper and the Angels, Mini and Maxi, were having some time off from the police and spent a day swimming in the very ocean where Casper rescued the officers. The three were having a good time together until Casper dove down, trying to reach the bottom with Mini and Maxi following him. But then, the two women catch Casper before he reaches it, and they get a good look at him. Casper was feeling aroused as the officers were holding his hands. Mini rubs his cheek while Maxi rubs his arm. They were admiring how cute he looked. Casper felt a blush coming on as the three of them swam towards the surface. Upon reaching the surface, Casper looked at the officers and asked, "what were you doing?" "We didn't want someone as cute as you to swim away from us," said Mini. "You look adorable under the water," said Maxi. Casper blushed hard and the women laughed. They soon swam back to the beach. Originally drawn in pencil. Colors, filters, bubbles and edits done in Photoshop. It's the same thing, but with Maxi and Mini having their swimsuits switch colors. Originally drawn in pencil. Colors, filters, bubbles and edits done in Photoshop. (Made on October 16th, 2022)
