@bigfootworld.bsky.social🌲 One of Our Favorite Structures in the Ocala National Forest! 🌲
We were off the trail exploring when we came across an asterisk structure, and it’s definitely one of our favorites! 🌿

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAs we were examining a structure in the Ocala National Forest, James noticed another structure just a few feet away with the exact same pattern as the one I was looking at! 🌲

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialThis day, the goal was to go back as far as we could. I really wanted to see what this area looked like farther back than we had ever explored before—and it definitely did not disappoint!

More exploring to come!
@bigfootworld.bsky.socialCan't wait to explore more of this area! 🌲👣 The farther back we go, the more amazing structures we find.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialI just love the structures we find! 🌲❤️ It never stops amazing me how different each one is. Some are simple, some are incredibly unique, and each one seems to have its own story.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAs I finished up my lunch, I stood up and noticed a figure about 75 yards out in the woods. The only camera I had with me at the time was my cell phone, so I quickly took one picture.
@bigfootworld.bsky.socialToday was a very special day in the Ocala National Forest because I brought my youngest grandson, who is 5 years old, out to one of our gifting areas for his first experience in one of our research areas.
@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAfter hiking and driving around our research area, we decided it was time for a long-overdue night sit in the Ocala National Forest. 🌙🌲

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialThis area is showing us a lot of signs, and it definitely seems like a place worth spending more time researching. We’ll be back to see what else we can find!

@bronwynjoye.bsky.socialI was informed this morning that as of right now NO TEAMS in the AL West are at .500 #WeAreNotAlone
@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAs we were looking at an area we were getting ready to walk into, the TriField meter suddenly started spiking! đź‘€
We hadn’t even entered the area yet, but something was already getting our attention.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAs we walk down the path, we hold our thermal camera while we walk—we aren’t looking through the eyepiece the entire time. That’s why reviewing the footage afterward is so important!

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialWhen James says, “We were being watched,” we normally take notice.
When James says those words, we listen.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialWhile exploring the woods, we came across something that really caught our attention—an arch over an arch structure, with the lower arch appearing to be held down by other branches.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialGoing over our footage can be very time-consuming—sometimes we spend hours reviewing it. Watching everything at a slower speed takes even longer, but we do it because you never know what might appear that you missed while you were actually out in the woods.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialAs we walked around looking at structures, we came across a few floaters just hanging on! It never ceases to amaze me how these floaters can be clipped in place by the smallest little twig.

@bigfootworld.bsky.socialJames C Whitfield said there were little people in our research area! This one just showed up on our thermal! This is daytime footage!
