Bosma Estate Winery Diamondback Ridge Vineyard Cattle Baron Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, Rattlesnake Hills, Washington State Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim. Very pretty nose with black fruits, cedar and chocolate notes. Full bodied with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, licorice, light vanilla, cola, peppercorn, herbs and spices. Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries. This 6 year old Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Yakima Valley in Washington State is drinking beautifully now. Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and interesting. Good by itself as a sipping wine, and delicious right out of the bottle. Paired beautifully with my charcuterie board. 14.3% alcohol by volume. 92 points. $45.
