Changing survey questions often means you can't compare a new survey with an old one. As such it can be tempting to resist change.

However, surveys should be iterated on like any design. If there is a question or flow that needs tweaking, then do it and adjust your reporting.

I'm working on what I call the "PDA". The idea is to integrate as much UI as possible on that tablet found at the beginning of the game, instead of displaying an artificial HUD that wouldn't exist in the game world.
