“The amount of flaring is concerning to say the least,” said #USW Local 5 leader Nick Plurkowski. He filed a complaint with Cal/OSHA alleging that the workers who replaced the illegally locked out union workers aren’t qualified to run the plant safely, endangering workers and the community. /end
