I is for Iris.
I had a better year, this year, growing Iris's. When in full bloom, they are such a gorgeous flower.
My favourite is definitely the yellow and white Iris variety called 'Symphony'.

H is for Hydrangea.
I do love these shrubs, which have given me endless blooms throughout the Spring and Summer. The pink blooms have been my particular favourite.

G is for Geraniums.
I have been presently surprised by the Geraniums. This is the first time I have had them in my garden. 1 variety was grown from seed & 2 were from plugs plants from the gardencentre.

F is for Flowerpots.
My garden is mainly a container garden, so apart from 3 raised beds, the rest of the flowers and plants are in some kind of flower pot, of a few different kinds and of all sizes.

E is for Echinacea.
Also known as Coneflowers, these have bloomed amazingly well in my garden this year. These two varieties are:
Green Twister
Magnus Superior
Both have great colour.

D is for Dahlia.
There is no explanation needed for these beautiful flowers. So many different varieties and colours to choose from, its almost impossible to not fall in love with at least one.

I have no room for a compost heap, so I do seem to get through a ton of compost each year. I have no real preference to brand but the two I use the most are:

B is for Begonias.
I have two varieties in my garden:
Picotee Sunburst & Red Bronze Leaf.
Both have amazing colour & have given loads of blooms this year.
