@scrappyaf.bsky.social#trigeminalneuralgia if you canāt tolerate carbamezapine, oxcarbezapine, gabapentin, pregabalin, lamotrigine, etc. ask your doc about ESLICARBEZAPINE. 3rd generation from carbamezapine with far fewer and less intense side effects at lower doses (400mg is effective for me).
