off I was constantly thinking
pacing sitting walking
talking reading writing
eating trapped in
a vicious wheel of
#insomnia but the
insomnia went away
when I started taking
#trazodone now I can sleep 😴

Because at low doses, you’re getting a lot of histamine H1 and alpha-1 blockade
