88th Read of 2026: The Alchemist of All Hallows Eve by Gigi Pandian. 10th book in a very underrated cozy magic mystery series. Excellent story right in time for spooky season.
86th Read of 2026: Killing Me by Michelle Gagnon. A former grifter on the run, a drug-addict prostitute, the true-crime-obsessed owner of a sleazy Las Vegas motel, & an antisocial computer genius team up to hunt down a serial killer.
85th Read of 2026: A Trade of Blood by Robert Jackson Bennett. Third book of a fantasy/mystery series, this one focused on a family feud and fungi-induced zombies. Disturbing in all the right ways. I love this series.
82nd Read of 2026: Unknown by Riley Sager. Marin lands the role of a lifetime. Before filming, she must spend a week on an island once known for the mysterious disappearance of 5 women, living like those women. No phones, no electricity… and new disappearances.
