@christinamrau.bsky.socialHappy Yoga Month! Slow flow sped up! What you can’t really see at this speed is me falling over in Ardha Chandrasana. It’s a pose I avoid for anatomy reasons, so whenever I try it, falling happens. It’s part of the practice—avoiding, attempting, & falling.
