@avforums.bsky.social#TheMothmanProphecies is a supremely eerie X-Files-coded chiller with impeccable early 00s style and a great Richard Gere performance; all delivered on an #88Films' 4K Blu-ray based around a native 4K remaster from the original camera negative.

@iamkaymichelle.bsky.socialI'm watching #TheMothmanProphecies on #ReelRank watch!
You could, too. It's not very good. But it is free and there to be watched! 🤩
@kcookandcatsco.bsky.socialMan, it's all so dark that I can't see a goddamned THING in this fucking movie 😖
Anyone have a clue what any of that shit is? I cannot grok it...
@kcookandcatsco.bsky.socialMan, what's Debra Messing been up to lately??
... hm, never mind! I guess that explains why I haven't seen her in much lately 😬
@kcookandcatsco.bsky.socialDo you guys remember that, like, decade-long streak where every credits sequence was a high-grade trigger for epilepsy? 😵💫
I'm glad we moved past that bullshit. It's terrible, and has also aged terribly.
@kcookandcatsco.bsky.socialShit, remember when @washingtonpost.com were *good* guys? I barely do, but their reputation was at one time sterling.
Now, they're just bootlickers and collaborators, and all the real #journalists left ages ago. A husk. Remember them like this, though...
