@duncanducky.bsky.socialLook! Now! Don't Look Now just starting on BBC Four #TheFilmCrowd
@lioneltwigg.bsky.social"Ju, watched a film half asleep on ITV, french I think, this woman in a graveyard and something vampiric maybe and a little saucy. Any ideas?"
"Sounds like a Jean Rollin film, maybe the Iron Rose."
"You sad bastard! How did you know?!"
I think he meant thanks! š #thefilmcrowd
@z303.xyzThanks. I saw and was quite tempted. I expect I will end up getting a copy #TheFilmCrowd
@jaycookie.bsky.socialWatched this for the first time a couple months back, adored it #TheFilmCrowd
@jaycookie.bsky.socialReminded me of this #TheFilmCrowd
@lioneltwigg.bsky.socialYeah I hope we can find it one day! #thefilmcrowd
@z303.xyzNow, having watched the clips. I'd love to watch the whole thing #TheFilmCrowd
@captkarnstein.bsky.socialI've generally enjoyed the Rollin films I've seen, so looking forward to this. #TheFilmCrowd
@allkins.bsky.socialSadly I'm at book club that evening, but I remember seeing it and enjoying it, so I hope everybody else has fun. #TheFilmCrowd

@allkins.bsky.socialFrustrating because there is a lot of good stuff here such as the history and Combs performance, but it's lost in being convoluted into following the events of the original story and sticking in the gore effects. #TheFilmCrowd
@jaycookie.bsky.socialThat was a fun creepy watch, don't think I've seen many episodes of it before #TheFilmCrowd
@jac2024.bsky.socialWell, can't say I enjoyed it but there you are. Thanks for the company everyone š
#TheFilmCrowd
@fuddymunster.bsky.socialAn odd, malformed bit of fanfic, with Gordon completely unable to contain his splattery impulses, but you know what? Liked the splatter. And Combs is always intensely watchable.
Fine time, but JESUS, that 28 Days Later knock off theme tune bothered me.
@lioneltwigg.bsky.socialNot much fun but intriguingly put together and Jeffrey Combs is cat nip to me #thefilmcrowd
@allkins.bsky.socialSee if you don't make Poe the lead, you don't get stuck with the tired it was all a dream ending #TheFilmCrowd
@captkarnstein.bsky.socialDespite the lame ending, I quite enjoyed that. My memory of Masters of Horror is that I didn't care for it, but maybe need a re-watch.
Until next time, adieu! #TheFilmCrowd
