Rice Vermicelli Salad with Thai Basil and Broccoli Rabe

Broccoli rabe is cut in bite sized pieces. I also added chopped Asian fish balls and tomatoes. The vinaigrette is made by fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and minced garlic.
