@ryanevans47.bsky.socialThat was an entertaining game for a 0-0. Packed stadium, #SydneyDerby can’t get much better. Both teams with a chance to win at the end. I would sent Carluccio off for such a ridiculous foul. Great way to open the season. #SYSWSW #ALeague
@ryanevans47.bsky.socialI know I am behind but I live in the US but not a better way to start the #ALeague season with the #SydneyDerby on a Friday while watching it at work! #SYDWSW
@larrybirdbrain.bsky.socialCall me biased as a City Fan/Member, but i honestly think the Melbourne Derby would have worked a lot better as the season opener, esp after the momentum of the Australia Cup final between The Hellas and Vuck.
Wasted opportunity to get some momentum in AFL Heartland #SYDvWSW #SydneyDerby #ALeague
@darenothope.bsky.socialWhat a waste of a derby. Should have been a grand final rematch (I don’t even remember who the teams were for last season) #sydneyderby #sydvwsw
@fiatmultipla.bsky.socialThat was pretty good IMO
@tomhockman.bsky.socialLet’s never speak of that game again #Sydneyderby
@larrybirdbrain.bsky.socialI reckon Wanderers fans will take a lot more satisfaction from this games than Smurfs #ALeague #SYDvWSW #SydneyDerby
@darenothope.bsky.socialWhy are we all making subs at 80 minutes?? #sydneyderby #sydvwsw
@tomhockman.bsky.socialThis has been a waste of a derby stop playing derbies in round 1 #Sydneyderby
@fiatmultipla.bsky.socialHas there ever been a game where Talay isn't non-stop whinging about absolutely fuck all?...
What a miserable prick..
@larrybirdbrain.bsky.socialDisappointed not to see a Fuck U Ufuck Talay tifo in The Cove, but then again, the fun police at the FFA/APL etc would come down hard with a hammer with such inflammatory fan expression. I have seen Yarraside members kicked out of games for throwing water after a goal FML #SydneyDerby #SYDvWSW
@larrybirdbrain.bsky.socialTbh. I suspect the commentators have been instructed to say such drivel by Fox Sports. I doubt a straight shooter like Andy Harper would be so dipomatic if he was allowed to truly express what he feels. Kinda suspect this is the reason why Simon Hill left A League commentary duties 😭😭 #SydneyDerby
@larrybirdbrain.bsky.socialReally happy to have the A League back. This league (believe it or not) is getting stronger/more international recognition with each passing season. Its been a slow burn, but Frank Lowy's vision is truly coming to fruition #SYDvWSW #SydneyDerby
@fiatmultipla.bsky.socialThe whole commentary team, spent the entire prematch speculating whether wanderers could go bottom to top this season....
😳
@zacbriffa.bsky.sociali am loving these new graphics, thank you champion data #SYDvWSW #SydneyDerby
@darenothope.bsky.socialWow look at those markings that did not fade overnight #sydneyderby #aleague
@tomhockman.bsky.socialStarting the season with a derby will always be stupid hope it’s a good game though #Sydneyderby
