🍯 This is what real honey looks like!

Sometimes golden and runny, sometimes naturally crystallised. Different flowers, different seasons, different honey.

🐝 Raw, unpasteurised and never blended.

Which do you prefer — runny or set?

This jar took months to make. 🐝 The bees started it. I cared for them. The weather, flowers and landscape shaped it. 🍯 You’re not just buying honey. You’re buying a small part of a season.

I could blend every harvest and make every jar taste the same. I don't. 🐝 I don't add anything, over-process it, or hide the natural differences between harvests. Just honest honey, exactly as the bees made it. 🍯

Honey doesn’t always stay runny, and that’s completely natural. 🍯 Different honeys crystallise at different rates depending on the nectar the bees collected. It doesn’t mean the honey has gone bad. It’s just honey being honey. 🐝
