On #ThisDayInHistory in 1962, the #CubanMissileCrisis began. The US provoked the #USSR with an aggressive nuclear posture, later backing down and removing our missiles, but to this day US #propaganda has people believing the #Soviets the aggressor. The #ColdWar legacy is a curse.
