I requested a Govt Dept’s #FOI Procedure Manual. The Dept released it to me, EXCEPT for the part that describes what happens AFTER the Minister is sent a copy of the decision but BEFORE the applicant is sent a copy of the decision. 🤷‍♂️ #skullduggery #auspol
