Ultimatums are like Immediates, but Ultimatums:
1. Must wait 2 turns after played.
2. Must respond to a specific situation.
3. Cannot be equipped.
4. Immune to non-Ultimatums until 1 turn after use.
5. Can have removal abilities.

Immediates have no stats, and focus on support abilities or equipping.
The larger, bottom box, is the "Primary Ability".
The smaller, middle box, is the "Secondary Ability", serving as a support or add-on for the Primary Ability.

NEXUS: Usable energy
A free ability called an "Anti-Core" goes in the middle box.
The "Nexus Ability" goes in the bottom box, but costs NEXUS (energy).
