My baby sister, Jeannie, took me to see this film when it opened in Missouri.
Opening on Robbie Robertson & panning to Levon Helm on drums, and a brief swing by Garth Hudson on the piano and onto Mavis & her band.

Electric opening, incredible first 30, then a leaden cliche-ridden slog into boretown. Basically a model for his popular films… 👀😉
