Paxton, like Drumpf, is a #Schnorrer w/ HIS money. He has no problem with others spending on his behalf, which is how he managed to own FIFTEEN homes despite an annual salary of $150K, but he'd rather pocket his campaign money than spend it.

These are contradictory concepts. IF it's "totally allowed" why is Jr the #Schnorrer paying back the Russian? It's an admission of quid pro quo.
