… and rugby league was the winner ! #RLWC

What a bloody game! Hell of a way to kickoff the tournament #rlwc #rlwc26 #ausvnz

LOL Bostock casually saying international footy is "similar to Origin". State of Origin is still the pinnacle of the game. #rlwc #rlwc26

Ponga playing on with a broken arm is insane. Terrible to see him out of the tournament though. #rlwc #rlwc26

Wow what a game :) #rlwc #rlwc26

Jack Bostock having a hell of a game. Can't be a whole lot of hat tricks at test level, let alone on debut. #rlwc #rlwc26

Wanna grow rugby league? I know what we can do, why don't we shove the World Cup behind a paywall so nobody outside of existing fans can come across it and watch it? That'll do the sport a world of good. #rlwc

Turbo having a bit of a rocks and diamonds night. Mostly rocks TBH. #rlwc #rlwc26

Great game between Australia and New Zealand to kick off the World Cup. Some great attacking play - rugby at its best. Shame BBC or C4 didn't pick up coverage in the UK, where outside rugby league circles you'd barely know it's happening. #RLWC

REEEEEEEEEEEECE LIGHTNIIIIIIIIING!!! #rlwc #rlwc26

Walters should hook Mitchell and send him home. Select someone who wants to be there. #rlwc #rlwc26

LOL cheeky 'tackle' by Gagai. Walsh should have been awake to that one TBH. #rlwc #rlwc26

I'm going to need a new remote by the end of the #RLWC, the mute button will be broken on mine from all the ad breaks.

And I'll probably only watch the Kangaroos & Jillaroos matches.

Ponga vs Walsh... and this time it's PONGA! Good battle going on :)

#rlwc #rlwc26

Yeahhh Bostock! #rlwc #rlwc26

Commentary: get it to Latrell get it to Latrell get it to Latrell get it to Latrell get it to Latrell get it to Latrell get it to Latrell

*they get it to Latrell*

Latrell: does sweet fuck all.

#rlwc #rlwc26

Munster might get called back for an HIA, that was a pretty hard hit. #rlwc26 #rlwc

Bad challenge, unless it's really obviously backwards the Bunker won't overrule that. #rlwc26 #rlwc

Oh hey Latrell Mitchell's playing. Who knew? #rlwc26 #rlwc

Ponga vs Walsh and it's..... WALSH.

Shout out the the haters.
