"Buddy Holly" is a song by the American rock band #Weezer. It was written by #RiversCuomo and released by #DGCRecords as the second single from the Weezer debut album, Weezer (The Blue Album) (1994). The lyrics reference the 1950s rock-and-roll singer #BuddyHolly and the actress #MaryTylerMoore.

Only song they recorded for '98 soundtrack to "Meet The Deedles", called "American Girls" - @sadydoyle good for your piece #riverscuomo
