Friends #2 (Renegade). A very strange story with stilted pacing and, while I really enjoy the art style, the fact that characters are only shown from side and front profiles (exclusively) makes for a rather boring comic experience. But the back cover illustration is fun. #comicsky #renegadepress

Gene Day's Black Zeppelin #2 (Renegade). The story from the cover was pretty wild and, unsurprisingly (given the design of the... ahem... alien head), very erotic. Lots of phallic-shape things. My favorite story was "Slaughter House Passing," though. #comicsky #renegadepress #geneday

Gene Day's Black Zeppelin #1 (Renegade). I particularly enjoyed "Priest" by Charles Vess. Surprised to find a Dave Sim story in here, or how Deni felt about Gene including it. This cover is just incredible. And that logo? Goddamn. #comicsky #renegadepress #geneday #charlesvess
