@staygroundednet.bsky.socialHave you seen it? Rebels blocked the Grafair private jet terminal in Sweden! 💥
Private jets are the perfect symbol of injustice, showing clearly how the rich don't mind trashing the planet and everyone on it just for a bit of luxury. We need to BAN them.
@staygroundednet.bsky.socialSupporters of @xrnl.bsky.social and Stay Grounded are taking action at Schiphol Airport to ban frequent flying programmes!
In the midst of climate breakdown that killed thousands just this summer, the existence of frequent flying programmes is a crime against humanity.
@uniongauchesiskat.bsky.social🚈 De Montpellier à Helsinki en passant par la Finlande, nous étions nombreux·ses dimanche 13 septembre pour exiger des trains de nuit plutôt que des avions ✊
@staygroundednet.bsky.socialWe need night trains, not night planes! 🌜

@staygroundednet.bsky.socialThe airport would disrupt agriculture, increase displacement, floods, water scarcity + biodiversity loss.
They plan to find another place for a new airport. But the delay opens up an opportunity for future movements to sprout and keep drawing red lines over harmful projects.
