Well, the #ReadingGoal progress was hella slow, low volume this past week.

That said, DEVIL JACK issue 1 was a really fun #ComicBook from 1995.

Made with the kind of #Passion for #MakingArt that drives people to make #IndieComics despite the slim odds of success.

Diving into my deep #ImageComics backlog to pull out the first collaboration between #SkottieYoung + #JorgeCorona that I became aware of before they started #Lobo at DC Comics for this past week's efforts towards the annual #ReadingGoal

Gotta go with what excites, when yer burnt-out.

#ReadingGoal update time:

Despite how fucked everything has been, I ended up reading a surprising amount t last week.

👏🏼 I hit my #ReadingGoal this morning! 📚 🪱

That’s 26 #Books, finished! I still have a few more that I want to get through, but I am really proud of myself for hitting that goal before the end of the year!

I hit my yearly reading goal early #readinggoal #heyyitssparkles #bookgaming #stillgottime

Missed posting my #readinggoal updates yesterday, though I know almost no one cares, because the day job suck hit too high a level.

Anyways, #comicbooks and #manga from last week. I actually finished a lot for how messed up things have been feeling.

#readmorecomics as CK would say, okay?

A modest step in the right direction for my 2026 #readinggoal last week!

All #imagecomics #comicbooks with the exception of the one #indiecomics offering.

Pye Parr is one hell.of an artist, he draws some MEAN cars! Hopefully I can learn fr9m his work.

#EnergonUniverse is in good hands w/ M.A.S.K.

Reader question: What do you do when you hit your yearly reading goal early? Do you increase the number or just leave it and keep reading?

This past week was some of the worst emotional turmoil I've had from work, & the weekend was dominated by migraines... so the #ReadingGoal took a swift kick in the dick.

That said, I made sure I read SOMETHING, & that something was a pair of #comicbooks one each from #DCComics and #ImageComics
