A horror movie a day keeps the doctor away. Today's film is 2003's Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The best of any of the post '74 films! Good cast, story & dialogue! Raw. Gritty. Graphic. Great watch-rewatch.

Horror movie a day keeps Billy away?! '05 brought us Saw II. High grossing, lower budget sequel; many say this is 1 of the best horror sequels ever. Tobin Bell is great as well as story & production. The cast & the dialogue are weak links. Oh Billy!

Released in 1939, Son of Frankenstein is the 3rd installment in Universal's Frankenstein films. Good cast with Karloff & Lugosi. Movie is classic, but falls short with story & dialogue that's less than. Good watch in October!

Released 1980 on this date, Fade to Black hit the big screen. Dennis Christopher is great; A unique 80's horror watch. Shooting ran long, actor Gwynne Gilford was pregnant & delivered right after film wrapped; Chris Pine was born!

Released this date in 2006, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning bloodied it's way onto the big screen. Good production values, good FX & ok cast. I've seen worse is all I can muster. This is a prequel go figure.

A horror movie a day keeps the doctor away. Today's film is 2003's Beyond Reanimator! We really dig the original, and even the so-called sequel. This one is less than. Yuzna & Combs are always cool.

Keep the veterinarian away? Night of the Lepus released in '72 is a silly horror-sci-fi film shot in Tucson AZ where westerns were filmed! Janet Leigh taking a shower couldn't save this dumb & non-scary horror film. Like stoopid? Watch this.
