I admire these leaders & voted for them in their Presidential runs.

I'm generally a fan of Gavin Newsom, too, tho not blind to his administrative foibles.

However: #California #Prop40 is a YES from me, which means that #Prop41 and #Prop42 are HARD NO's b/c either of them will neuter 40.

To understand #prop42, you need to talk about the interplay between this ballot measure and #prop40
