Didn't feel like cooking. Needed easy vegetarian food but really wanted BBQ w Mac and cheese.
This was actually really good! Just hit it with some BBQ sauce at the end of cooking in the pan and it's amazing.

Less than a month since I started #Running again following an injury. Almost have the pace down to 5:00 / km. Not bad for 43!
