I recall starting at 160 watt with a drag factor of 124 🥵

Now I am easily pulling over 250 and am able to sustain it for a while. (must be because of yesterday’s chocolate mousse 😅)

Either way, it is nice to see the progress!!

Just sharing my #IndoorRowing results of this morning. Finished at 08:50 🥱💪

Observation: it is quite interesting how, between the garden view, the chirping birds and the rising sun, a workout can be peaceful yet exhausting at the same time ✨
