#Reddit is dead to me and has been for a long time. I wish more folks would use #PieFed, #Lemmy, or any of their forks instead. A couple of years ago it really seemed like it was gonna pick up some real steam, but it’s been languishing for a while now.

Not suprising in the least but disappointing to see Reddit move the wrong way. Less open, killing public API, ending RSS. #enshitification commences in a speed run.

Looking forward to #Piefed and rest of #Threadiverse to work to take advantage of this moment […]

An article/podcast/video is a campfire. It should be able to go directly viral itself. We should try to concentrate all boosts, favorites and replies in one place.

Can I suggest #Wafrn? It's an open source platform that talks to #BSky AND other #Fedi services like #Mastodon, #PieFed, and whatnot. Moved my BSky here ~7 months ago? It's great.
Crucially, it's also one of the few Fedi platforms strictly against "AI" (as they all SHOULD be). #fediverse #Wafrn[...]

Last night I discovered how to add emojis to Piefed. 🙂 #Piefed

I started my own Pylova instance, which is a fork of Piefed. I'm trying it out, and it seems good so far 👍. #OpenSource #SelfHosting #PieFed #PyLova
