I'm not saying that Chris Kavanagh is a cheat or even knowingly corrupt but I do think he's a very poor referee & that there's absolutely no way anyone can come from Manchester & not have an inherent dislike or feeling of competition towards Liverpool as a whole. The cities are deep rivals.

There definitely needs to be some scrutiny into the #PGMOL employees who were offered work in the UAE during Premier League seasons. What & how were they paid and did it affect how they approached their actual jobs? Did they do anything to help attract these offers?
