Created w/ Apophysis AV & Photoshop CS4

A seamless digitally rendered repeating pattern in various shades of blue, featuring diamond-shaped tiles. Each tile floats against a deeper blue background, providing a border in the space between it and its neighbours. The tiles posses ice-like fractal patterns that converge in the centre, giving an illusion of depth with shades that range from almost white at the brightest points, to vibrant aqua hues, to as deep and dark as the background. The middle point and the corners are lightest; the centre point glowing like a star, while the corners feature a convergence of thin textural markings that resemble surface scratches on ice. Themes of enchantment guided this design, evoking images of a fantasy palace made of ice and imbued with magic. Another image of the same tile pattern, featuring a close up on the space where the tiles converge at the corners. The deep blue background wraps into a swirl pattern at that point, with a point of light at the very centre. Another image of the same pattern.
